The age groups for the Summer 2024/2025 season are as follows:

Note: Age groups are determined based on the player’s age as of December 31st of the year in which the season ends. For instance, a child cannot participate in the Under-12 category if they turn 12 at any point during the competition year.

The Cannon’s players make up over 75 teams who play weekly games in the Altona Bay Basketball Association (ABBA) at the Altona Sports Centre, the Westgate Basketball Association (WBA) at various venues in the west of Melbourne and the Melbourne Central Basketball Association (MCBA) at the Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre (MSAC).

To join a new season, you need to register using one or either of the buttons below priort to playing your first game.  Please contact your Age Group Co-ordinator if you’re unsure of what Association you’re playing in.
